NOTIFICATION OF THE REMOVAL FROM LISTING AND REGISTRATION OF THE STATED SECURITIES

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc.'s reorganization (via merger) became effective on October 2 2023, each outstanding share of Class A Common Stock will be automatically exchanged for one share of "New" Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. Common Stock.

The Exchange also notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that as a result of the above indicated conditions this security was suspended from trading on October 02 2023.
